2. Account Responsibility

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and all activities under their account.

CareerBuild Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating platform policies.

3. Right-to-Represent (RTR)

By uploading your profile or resume, you:

• Authorize CareerBuild Global Pvt. Ltd. and its verified partners to represent you for relevant job or project roles
• Grant default RTR consent for legitimate business purposes
• May revoke this consent anytime by emailing privacy@careerbuildglobal.com

CareerBuild Global does not guarantee placement or job offers.

4. Ownership of Data and Content

All platform data — including job listings, HR records, candidate profiles, and documents — remains the intellectual property of CareerBuild Global Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of such content is strictly prohibited.

5. Data Misuse & Third-Party Liability

CareerBuild Global operates as a neutral technology platform.

• Any misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of data privacy by third-party employers, vendors, or users is not the responsibility of CareerBuild Global Pvt. Ltd.
• CareerBuild Global shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or legal consequence arising from unauthorized data usage, misrepresentation, or communication by external entities
• Users agree to indemnify CareerBuild Global against any third-party claims arising from such misuse

CareerBuild Global disclaims any warranties, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareerBuild Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by:

• India: Laws of the Republic of India. Jurisdiction — Hyderabad, Telangana
